This notice describes data processing under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

What data do we process?

When you complete the contact form, we ask for and process the following data: your name, e-mail address, telephone number (optional) and your message. The date and time of your submission is also recorded.

Purpose and legal basis

Your data is used solely to respond to your enquiry, arrange your free demonstration and provide the consultation. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)), given by completing the form. You may withdraw your consent at any time.

Data storage

Form submissions are stored in a password-protected database hosted within the European Union, accessible only to Péter Molnár. We do not sell your data and do not pass it to third parties for marketing purposes or use it for any purpose other than the one you provided it for. Our e-mail service forwards the submitted data to the data controller.

Retention period

We keep your data for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and any subsequent consulting relationship, and no longer than 2 years. You may request deletion at any time.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, request rectification, request erasure, request restriction of processing, withdraw your consent, and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. You can submit data protection requests through the data controller's contact details above.
